It is our intention for you to be thrilled with this program! If you decide to withdraw at any time for any reason, no refunds will be provided.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
This program is 100% non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Further, your investment is non-transferable (to be put towards another program) and membership cannot be put on hold at any time during the Program.
Intellectual Property Rights.
We, your Coaches and Facilitators, retain all ownership rights to the materials provided to you through your participation in the Program. Any copyrighted and original materials shall be provided to you for your individual use only and with a single-user license. You are not authorized to share, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any materials received at or in relation to the Program electronically or otherwise without our prior written consent. All intellectual property, including copyrighted materials, shall remain our sole property, and no license to sell or distribute any materials is granted or implied. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial or personal purposes, any portion of the Program content, including any of the Program materials.
By checking the box that reads “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page as follows:”, you agree
(1) not to infringe on any Program participant’s or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right,
(2) that any confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who discloses it or the Company,
(3) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions.
By purchasing, you further agree that (4) all materials and information provided to you by the Company, may only be used by you as authorized by the company, and (5) the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone other than by the Company is strictly prohibited.
Further, by purchasing, you agree that, if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
